Kermit Schafer's "Boners"
When exactly was the term "boner" appropriate for public use and then when did it fall out of favor due to its eventual sexual reference? I even remember a joke book illustrated by Dr. Seuss that had the word in its title.
Anyway, great cover art for this volume from 1973. Reminds me of Otto Soglow but I don't know who's actually responsible.
